Story
Bruce has an immense curiosity for how and why things work. He approaches all situations with an analytical and creative mind, constantly developing new ways to make something more useful and efficient, whether it be the best recipe for tomato bisque, a small detail to a Brazilian jiu-jitsu technique, or the workflow for a project. He has worked in multiple industries, including a short time in engineering and several entrepreneurial ventures, but he always had a special place in his heart for the culinary world.
